How long does it take to purchase my

We can complete in 7 days, if this is too
quick, we can work to a time-scale that
suits you.
How can you purchase so quickly?

How long is the offer valid?
As long as you wish. Unless there has been a
dramatic change in the market.
Do I require a solicitor?
Yes, if you don't have a solicitor then we
will be more than happy to instruct one on
you behalf. We will even pay the fees!
Are there any charges?
There are no charges whatsoever made by Tom
Craven.
After I have accepted an offer, when do I
need to move out?
It's entirely up to you. You can set a
completion date to suit your requirements.
Does it matter if the property is in bad
condition?
No, more often than not we buy property that
may need renovation work. Whatever the
condition we can purchase the property.
What’s the catch?
We pay up to 80% of market value for
a property. After all, we are a business and
need to make money. We know we are providing
