The purchase price agreed by Tom Craven to purchase a property is strictly subject to terms and conditions. Circumstances may arise outside of our control that affects the completion date, our ability to purchase at the agreed purchase price or at all. In the event that Tom Craven rescinds the agreement then all legal and survey costs incurred during the transaction will be met by Tom Craven.
